About us

Emanuell Tomes holds a degree in business informatics and has extensive training in software development. His professional career began with software developments for the City of Zurich and other public offices. Later, he independently developed geographic information systems for major clients. He has been on board since the birth of LTS AG and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2019.

Daniel Britt holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and has extensive experience in the field of hardware and software development. For example, parking guidance systems and their connection as well as various signal transmitters originate from his pen. At LTS AG he is one of the main architects in the hardware area of TAPS sensors.

Beda Kuster has a BSc in Computer Science and has many years of experience in software development. Over the years, he has specialized mainly in web technologies and databases and now mainly develops the cloud platform of TAPS. He is also responsible for the system architecture of the TAPS system.

Originally trained as an electronics technician, he continued his education to become a technical businessman with a federal certificate of proficiency. Thanks to his many years of extensive experience, he now easily manages the purchase of technical components.

Christian Brunner holds a BSC in Electrical Engineering and brings extensive programming experience. At LTS AG, he takes care of hardware and firmware issues.

Thomas Riedel holds his engineering degrees from ETH Zurich. He is an extremely experienced and profound connoisseur of the transport industry and brings with him over 25 years of lecturing, development and field experience.  

He teaches sporadically at ETH, TU Munich and Tongji University Shanghai on the topics of " Traffic Control Systems Design and Methods for Observation and Quality Control" and has developed established products and services in the field of traffic observation, control and traffic engineering quality determination of road networks for decades.  

He also has proven, long experience in the international traffic control sector (including China and the US), with data and traffic quality always being the focus.

At LTS AG, we are now consistently developing topics such as data acquisition, data processing, interfaces and data models together for the "TAPS" system solution.

Ueli Dietiker, a certified public accountant, worked for Cablecom Holding AG from 1995 to 2001, most recently as CEO. In 2001, he moved to the Swiss telecommunications company Swisscom AG, where he held several positions of responsibility. From 2002 to 2006, he was CFO and Deputy CEO of the Swisscom Group. In 2006 and the first half of 2007, he was CEO of Swisscom Fixnet AG and subsequently again CFO and Deputy CEO of the Swisscom Group until the end of 2012.

Dr. RA Georges Bindschedler is an entrepreneur, investor, board member of and for entrepreneurs, attorney at law in Bern and since 2016 owner of Bindschedler.Swiss GmbH. Mr. Bindschedler has an extensive track record as managing director and board member in various companies in the electrical industry, specialty chemicals, banking, energy, real estate, pension funds and publishing as well as pro bono.

Peter J. Schmid's main areas of practice are capital markets law finance, corporate law, M&A, pharmaceutical law, health care law and sports law Peter J. Schmid has advised in several mandates on major restructurings of listed as well as private companies. He is a recognized representative in the sense of Art 43 of the Listing Rules and therefore entitled to submit applications to the SIX Exchange Regulation on behalf of listed companies. Finally, he acts as an executive body (namely as a member of the Board of Directors) in various areas.

KR Dipl.-Ing. Helmut Swarovski looks back on an entrepreneurial activity and experience that can hardly be surpassed in abundance.
