About us

Hartmut Reuter started his career as a business management trainee at the Bosch Group in Stuttgart (DE) in 1981 after graduating as an industrial engineer from the Technical University of Darmstadt (DE). Most recently, he was a director in the Planning/Controlling division at Bosch headquarters. From 1997 to 2009, Hartmut Reuter was a member of the Executive Committee of the Rieter Group in Winterthur (CH). In the first five years, he initially headed the Controlling division, then the Corporate Center with all financial and strategic functions. From 2002 onwards Hartmut Reuter was CEO of the Rieter Group. Since 2009 he has been a freelance management consultant and holds mandates in various supervisory bodies.

Thomas studied at the University of Zurich and holds a PhD. He has extensive experience in business development and strategy. His career started in 2006 in banking and changed in 2013 from a family office structure to the developing industry (hardware and software). He is co-founder of LTS AG, where he serves as CEO and board of directors. Previously, he was already a successful co-founder of start-ups that have since been sold.

Emanuell Tomes holds a degree in business informatics and has extensive training in software development. His professional career began with software developments for the City of Zurich and other public offices. Later, he independently developed geographic information systems for major clients. He has been on board since the birth of LTS AG and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2019.

Dr. RA Georges Bindschedler is an entrepreneur, investor, board member of and for entrepreneurs, attorney at law in Bern and since 2016 owner of Bindschedler.Swiss GmbH. Mr. Bindschedler has an extensive track record as managing director and board member in various companies in the electrical industry, specialty chemicals, banking, energy, real estate, pension funds and publishing as well as pro bono.

Peter J. Schmid's main areas of practice are capital markets law finance, corporate law, M&A, pharmaceutical law, health care law and sports law Peter J. Schmid has advised in several mandates on major restructurings of listed as well as private companies. He is a recognized representative in the sense of Art 43 of the Listing Rules and therefore entitled to submit applications to the SIX Exchange Regulation on behalf of listed companies. Finally, he acts as an executive body (namely as a member of the Board of Directors) in various areas.

Ueli Dietiker, a certified public accountant, worked for Cablecom Holding AG from 1995 to 2001, most recently as CEO. In 2001, he moved to the Swiss telecommunications company Swisscom AG, where he held several positions of responsibility. From 2002 to 2006, he was CFO and Deputy CEO of the Swisscom Group. In 2006 and the first half of 2007, he was CEO of Swisscom Fixnet AG and subsequently again CFO and Deputy CEO of the Swisscom Group until the end of 2012.
