Important steps taken in Dubai

During the stay, the test facility of Parkonic was visited. The sensors have been running smoothly since mid-April and neither heat nor sand hindered the system. The customer is very satisfied with the result. Preparations for two follow-up projects are already underway and we are very pleased that our technology has convinced qualitatively.

With Greenparking another customer could be won. The company is strongly represented in the field of parking management and now wishes to test our solution at several locations. Initially, this will be done with 15 sensors. After a successful test phase, an expansion of the TAPS system is envisaged.

A meeting was also arranged with the largest telecom company in GCC, Etisalat. Etisalat is headquartered in Abu Dhabi (UAE) and serves 11.6 million customers and over 300,000 small, medium and large enterprises and government customers in the UAE.

The company is expanding their business in the IoT sector. Traffic and also parking is of particular interest. For this, Etisalat needs data points, which can be provided by the LTS sensors.

On the whole, the week in the United Arab Emirates was very successful and LTS is looking forward to realizing projects in this region in the future.
